International Film Festival of India

Established in Mumbai in 1952, the International Film Festival has since found homes in Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata. Now in its 46th edition the festival is held annually in Goa on the western coast of the country. Its aim is to promote friendship and cooperation as well as appreciation of film-making from cultures across the globe.

Yllow - Star Houses of Budapest Nigel Swann

In occupied Hungary in 1944 all Budapest’s Jewish citizens were forced to live in designated houses, all marked with a yellow star. There were 2,000 of these houses, yet a list of yellow-star houses was not made public until 2014. Varying in style from Art Deco to Bauhaus, these significant buildings have now been captured by photographer Nigel Swann. His haunting images are on show at the Architectural Association in London.
